No thought, no action, no movement, total stillness: only thus can one manifest the true nature and law of things from within and unconsciously, and at last become one with heaven and earth.
True silence is the rest of the mind; it is to the spirit what sleep is to the body, nourishment and refreshment.
To make the right choices in life, you have to get in touch with your soul. To do this, you need to experience solitude, which most people are afraid of, because in the silence you hear the truth and know the solutions.
In Silence there is eloquence. Stop weaving and see how the pattern improves.
The key is to be in a state of permanent connectedness with your inner body – to feel it at all times. This will rapidly deepen and transform your life. The more consciousness you direct into the inner body, the higher its vibrational frequency becomes.
Let us labour for an Inward Stillness
An inward stillness and an Inward Healing;
That perfect Silence, where the lips and heart

I have lived with many Zen masters, all of them cats.
One has to reach to the absolute state of awareness: that is Zen. You cannot do it every morning for a few minutes or for half an hour and then forget all about it. It has to become like your heartbeat. You have to sit in it, you have to walk in it. Yes, you have even to sleep in it.

Meditation is the art of being aware and conscious in our day to day living. Any action done with awareness is meditation. A meditative person is fully conscious in one action.
The reason why meditation is so important in Ayurveda is that it leads the mind to a ‘free zone’ that is not touched by disease. Until you know that such a place exists, your disease will seem to be taking over completely. This is the principal delusion that needs to be shattered.
It is undeniable that we all create scenarios and then become convinced by them, down to our very cells.
