Keep your face always toward the sunshine, and shadows will fall behind you.

We must stop planning, plotting and scheming, and let Infinite Intelligence solve the problem in its own way.
Florence Scovel Shinn
When I found myself in a similar situation, I spent so much energy “looking for the right opportunity” until I was exhausted, exasperated and lost hope. Eventually, I surrendered and trusted (there were several rounds/levels of this before completely surrendering and trusting). Even if the surface didn’t look like I thought it should, I trusted that the Universe or Higher Power knew what it was doing if “this” is what it was giving me. So I committed to doing my best at “this” and worked through the “loathing this”. Now, I LOVE what I do; and it became progressively better and better over the last few years… and continues to get better!
All of life is an experiment. What might happen if you accepted and trusted what presents itself, even if it doesn’t look (or even feel) right? Play, experiment; you may be surprised by the results. I sure was!
Annie Zalezsak, in a message to Eileen Silon, April 9, 2017.
Life will resolve itself in the process of life itself. Let the moment play itself out. Life knows what It has in mind and all is well.
Neale Donald Walsch
With faith you let go. You trust. Whereas with belief you cling.
Yann Martel
I detach myself from preconceived outcomes and trust that all is well.
Anita Moorjani
Delegate it to the manager [Universe]. You have this really good staff that will take care of everything for you. You just have to delegate it — and trust it.
Abraham-Hicks, from the workshop: St. Louis, MO on July 18, 2000
To those who have given up on love: I say, “Trust life a little bit”.
Maya Angelou
When you’re in transition, you will need to find a different kind of security. It’s not one of labels, guarantees or bank balances. It’s guidance – the directions of your own inner voice. Moment by moment you know what to do. You are safer than ever before.
Tama J Kieves
If you do not expect the unexpected you will not find it, for it is not to be reached by search or trail.
Heraclitus

Trust that they’re making their lives work in the way that they’re making their lives work. And just teach through the power of your example.
Abraham-Hicks, from a workshop in Boise, Idaho, USA on July 3, 2002
Don’t worry about this world; it is not broken. And don’t worry about others. You worry more about them than they do. There are people waging war; there are people on the battlefield who are more alive than they’ve ever been before. Don’t try to protect people from life; just let them have their experience while you focus upon your own experience.
Abraham-Hicks, from a workshop in Tarrytown, New York, USA May 8, 2004
Leap, and the net will appear.
from The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron
Whenever you feel yourself falling from a position which you feel is secure or advantageous, let yourself fall altogether, without resistance. Do this watchfully, consciously, with a wish to learn something new. You will finally see that there is no difference between what you call advantage and what is called disadvantage. This is superior thinking-and great relief!
The Daily Guru
Sad soul, take comfort, nor forget that sunrise never failed us yet.
Celia Layton Thaxter
Trust yourself, and trust God, with no strings attached. Be ready to accept what you get, and the world is yours.
from Remember Your Essence, by Paul Williams
When you trust in yourself, you trust in the wisdom that created you.
from Living Beyond Miracles (audio cassette), by Wayne Dyer
Miracles come from your love. If you are willing to open your heart, to love yourself and others, life will always be a miracle. The degree to which you are open and loving is the degree to which miracles will come your way. Sometimes your mind stands in the way of miracles. The mind is good for planning, setting goals, and visualizing. To speed up the process and create miracles after you have magnetized something, open your heart. Trust and believe in yourself, love others, and demonstrate that love with action every day. Miracles are unexpected occurrences that bring you far more than you expect. They are synchronistic events that usually occur when you let go of attachment and trust your inner guidance. Miracles are the result of reaching inward to your soul.
Sanaya Roman, author of Creating Money
St John of the Cross told us that if a man wishes to be sure of the road he treads on, he must close his eyes and walk in the dark. I interpret that as a direction for us to trust in the guidance we receive from our invisible self.
from Real Magic, by Wayne Dyer (about Wayne Dyer)
Trust is the link between the mental world and the physical world. It provides continuity during the time that elapses between the conception of an idea and its manifestation. Realize that your dreams are already real on the mental plane; they are just awaiting the perfect time to appear in your physical reality. Trust your higher self to bring you the right things at the right time.
from Creating Money by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer
When I trust deeply that today God is truly with me and holds me safe in a divine embrace, guiding every one of my steps, I can let go of my anxious need to know how tomorrow will look, or what will happen next month or next year. I can be fully where I am and pay attention to the many signs of God’s love within and around me.
from Here and Now, by Henri JM Nouwen
A conscious man is protected at all times, but his protection is utterly unlike anything known by a sleeping man. It is the protection of having no protection at all. If you protect anything, perhaps your reputation, it means you are protecting a human label, a mere word, which causes tension toward whatever threatens the label. So this kind of protection protects nothing; it just makes you nervous. But if you have no reputation at all – which is a wonderful way to live – there is no need for protection and there is no nervousness, for you are yourself only.
The Daily Guru
If we are facing in the right direction, all we have to do is keep on walking.
Buddhist proverb (see more Buddhist proverbs)
To live in the presence of great truths and eternal laws, to be led by permanent ideals – that is what keeps a man patient when the world ignores him, and calm and unspoiled when the world praises him.
Honore De Balzac (1799-1850) French novelist
I will love the light for it shows me the way. Yet I will endure the darkness for it shows me the stars.
Og Mandino
The art of medicine consists in amusing the patient while nature cures the disease.
Voltaire
Heroes know that things must happen when it is time for them to happen. A quest may not simply be abandoned; unicorns may go unrescued for a long time, but not forever; a happy ending cannot come in the middle of the story.
Peter S Beagle
